"Would give negative stars if I could. Husband and I came here for a washer and dryer and the owner acts like he cares, but it's only the gift of gab. Sold us a washer and dryer and right when we got it home and installed it the dryer was smoking like crazy. They claim to have a 3 day warranty, but will avoid you at all costs during that time. Called, left voicemails, messaged on fb and was ignored. The only reason the owner got back in contact with me was because I mentioned contacting my lawyer. Instant reply after that. Horrible place, expensive and overall a SCAM."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars. Here's a thought instead of buying a used washer n dryer that's only going to last maybe 6mths. Yet you're still paying a good amount for it. Save the time and just buy a brand new one. Trust me it'll save you money and a headache."

"I wish I would have read the reviews before attempting to do business here. We got in contact with him through Facebook marketplace and set up a time to meet with him about a washer/dryer. When we get there we start to have a personable conversation with the owner while he’s hooking up the set and showing us in person they work well. Then he tells us he’d like us to put a deposit down in person there that day, and on the day of delivery he would set it up for us and we’d pay him the delivery fee. We were moving into a new place in about 10 days and in the moment he responded with saying on the day we moved in he would tell us the time he’d be there , essentially saying he didn’t want to commit to a time then and there because of the chance he might be late to a set time. At this point we still didn’t have to do business with him , but we did and have now paid a price. Moving day comes (a Friday) and we text him in the morning looking to see if he’s got a time for us. No response until the following Monday. He then says he’ll bring it over Tuesday. Tuesday morning we confirm the delivery that day and he says yes. An hour after the supposed delivery time he’s not responding to our messages. We tried to call and were blocked. We then get back in touch, apparently he was hacked. Next we come up with another plan with the owner to meet at his own property at a certain time and he wasn’t there. It’s been 3 weeks now and we haven’t gotten our money back. We’ve tried stopping by the shop since and haven’t been able to run into him. He continues to ghost us. This is what to expect if you do business here."

"If I could give negative stars I would. I bought a dryer from this business in February. It wasn’t cleaned out and doesn’t work right. I tried reaching out to owner and it goes to voicemail or the one time it got answered she took my number and I never heard back. Do not support this business, the 1 star reviews are true. Also I was suppose to pick up the dryer but the delivery driver accidentally loaded it up so it was delivered. The way they had the trailer loaded was so unsafe and made me worry that they had damaged my dryer. Terrible business owner who doesn’t care about his customers and doesn’t even check the appliances before reselling them."

"Store sign says that it opens at 10am on Saturday, google said 8.00 am(and I edited that). I waited for 45 min. and no one showed up. There are other five families (some with small kids) waiting for the store to open! Is this the way you treat your customer by keeping them waiting in the heat?"
