"Hmmm, not as I expected. I last went to Fisher Fixture Co. when they were still off of 84th St. However, my husband purchased 2 commercial pans for me, for Mother’s Day, and yes, it was exactly what I wanted. Less than 6 months later, there was some flaking of the non-stick coating. I asked the woman there if she would honor any kind of warranty. She told me she would order the pan from another vendor and to email her photos of what it looked like. I thought she was being conscientious of my unhappiness. However, after sending the photos, and a couple of further emails, CRICKETS! Come to find out, she’s the OWNER! I will NEVER EVER do any business with Fisher Fixture Co. again. There are waaaaay too many other places, ie., the internet, Amazon, not to mention other companies here in Omaha where I can get the customer service I deserve. I hope you have a better experience than I had, good luck!"
