"Good prices on Hanes, Champion products and more. Good prices, with some buy one get one free or half off. (The staff was really nice but maybe under staffed for the work that needed to be done.) I got packs of boxer briefs, the second one half off and my wife got five bras for $10 each. She was very happy with the buy as she hasn’t found these any place else, even at Victoria Secret. For comfortable relaxing clothes, this is a great spot to find what you need."

"Shopping 10/10/2022. I stopped by to pick up bras and underwear for myself. Saw an employee and asked directions to both. Disappointed in response, basically waved in the direction of what I was looking for. Found what I needed and went to check out. Your salesperson was stocking, ok wait a few minutes. After a bit, no acknowledgement of my being at the register, another customer walked in and was not greeted. I started my stopwatch. The other customer walks around the store and leaves, not a peep from your sales person. At five minutes, I leave my selection on the counter and inform your sales person there will be no sale today to me and leave. I realize you're short staffed, but...."

"Extremely rude staff. I purchased a product that had ripped packaging. I was told it wouldn't be an issue to return it if it didn't work out. I went to return it and the staff told me it had been used and I couldn't return it. I explained that the packaging was ripped when I got it and that you could clearly see the items had not been used or even removed from the packaging. I was told to call back Thursday and ask for manager because she didn't know what to do."

"My family and I were in this store tonight and I will be honest to say I was totally appalled. The store closed at 7pm, and we were told at 640pm that we had 5 minutes left. THEN, when I went to pay @ 645 pm, I was told that I could only use a credit card as the registers were closed out for the night. As the cashier rang up what we were buying, I questioned that my daughters shorts were rang up at 30% off instead of 40%, which is what the sign said. I was told the signs that were out now were for tomorrow's sale?!?!? I ask how I was to know that and suggested that maybe the signs for tomorrows sale should be put up AFTER the store closed.. The lady finally agreed to the 40%, but was NOT nice about it."

"The customer service was top-notch. Employees were on the floor helping customers the best they could without the use of dressing rooms or being able to help with bra sizing and fittings. Also someone was there at the door not only to greet but also to keep track if number of customers in the store."
