"The store staff at the Gretna store does a great job answering questions. I had a UPS return, and they were able to help. The store also has a good selection of miscellaneous small parts to help complete most home projects."
"Their staff is helpful, product selection is okay the store is clean. Their returns policy is good but they won’t accept any products they think have been used. Even if the product has not been used they will decline returns. So be sure what you get is what you need and the right size."

They have a good selection of tools but the best thing about this store is their employees and their awesome customer service. Sometimes I have to shop at Lowe's, but it's never fun when you can't find what you need and no employees are around. That never happens here - every employee I've talked to helps you find what you need right away. It's just kind of a lost art these days, but it's a simple way to keep your customers coming back.
