"The outside of the chicken was cooked too much, but thank goodness it didn't dry out the chicken. The 4 sides were not what the picture was showing, so I was disappointed. I'm glad that they finally had a promotion that was reasonably because I think some of the prices are too high."

"Horrible customer service. The employees should know what their menu has on it and not get rude when a customer is reading the menu items and not the #s. Then I’m pretty sure they are suppose to ask what sides you want, which was not asked, so had to basically interrupt her to tell her what sides we wanted. She sounded like she didn’t want to be there and if so maybe she needs to find a different job. It’s not that hard to ask questions and punch buttons on a computer. This service alone is why we don’t like to go to this kfc. 3/17/24 New review. They didn’t fill the bowl and there was no cheese. Fries we got in our order were not filled up either. Had to go back through the drive through for missing items in the order. We’ve given this location many chances and when they mess up it’s major mess ups. Give people food they paid for."

"I literally just went through the window, I said to the person at the window "I would like 3 chicken legs WITH COLE SLAW" I was not given the Cole slaw nor was I even charged for it. I went back inside the store to get the Cole slaw I ordered through the window and was charged for a small Cole slaw. Yes, I was given a large, but the fact that I was even charged for something I originally ordered in the first place is ridiculous"

"Walked in with Family 3pm Friday Feb 16 . Place had not one customer in the store. Was told by the guy working or leaning against the counter in the front that it's order by kiosk only . Due to short staff . 3 cars in parking lot, all workers. Received our order then an older gentleman a veteran came into the store. He was rudley turned toward the kiosk workers not busy at all . The old man asked 6 times how do I pay with cash here no one answered . Completely ignored and disrespected. ( Guy in flannel jacket not representing KFC at all) The old man walked out and drove off . This guy is completely disrespectful and I will not be eating at this location again . Oh the best part my wife ordered a chocolate cake with our meal she went to eat it and I was frozen solid . I mean what do you do ."
