"We have issues every time we eat here, but it's the closest location to our house. Servers almost never get our order right when we dine in. For example, we'll ask for grilled boneless wings and get naked bone-in wings instead. We're almost always missing sauces or silverware. Last time we dined in we waited almost 20 minutes after we got our food, and asked our server for silverware, before I finally had to get up and go ask another server to bring us some silverware so we could finally eat. While we waited for silverware we watched our server clean three tables that did not need to be cleaned at the time. There were maybe 8 tables in the entire restaurant being used at that time with no guest wait. Tonight was the first time we ordered delivery and we had no sauces. I called the restaurant and said my fiancee would be picking up the sauces we needed. When he got there they went back to grab the two sauces I had already requested, that he told them we needed IN PERSON, and they still came out with the wrong sauces. We probably should go to the Council Bluffs location from now on."

"Incredibly disappointed. Ordered over the phone. Was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. I walked in no one there to greet you. Walked up to the bar none of the 3 servers said anything to me. Sat there for 5 to 8 minutes before the bar tender came out took my payment but felt like I was more of a problem than an customer. Paid $22 for cold sad wings... I didn't even know they made wings this small especially for $22... when I pulled up I was shocked to see maybe 7 cars... walked in and saw maybe 8 customers with Monday night football... but after dealing with the front of the house staff and seeing the wings I completely understand why no one was there... would not suggest. If you do go good luck."

"Servers were distracted, and kitchen staff was outside for awhile. YES TAKE BREAKS. But should still meet customer needs and bring food when it’s ready. One order was completely forgotten about. Wings were a little cold and fries were not very good/seemed dried out or over cooked. Wasn’t worth the time to ask for new food because of the delay originally. Good prices though. Fan filler is a great price."

"I don't get to eat at Hooters very often since this location is about 2 hours away from where I live but I'm glad I had the chance to travel through the area & grab a bite to eat. They have the best breaded wings around in my opinion. I highly recommend the Cajun seasoning! Along with the wings, the fries were good, & the mozzarella sticks were fantastic! The famous Hooters girls were friendly, attentive, & everything you expected them to be!"
