Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Used to love that chicken from Popeyes. Now they're just serving trash for food... Greasy, cold, three piece tender meal that looked more like three greasy nuggets. One was undercooked but all three looked and tasted like they had been sitting for over an hour. Couldn't even manage to stomach two of the three. Over twenty dollars for two trash meals is a huge waste of money. Don't bother wasting your time going to this location. I sure hope other locations have better food or they won't be in business for long around here."

"This location has been very disappointing. They use to be great. Never lose my orders. The past 3 orders, 1 was given to another customer and I had to pay again. Then 2 more they did not receive the orders but still got charged. When attempting to order directly they were out of almost everything. :( and I LOVE me some Popeyes. Too bad. Beware."

"This is the second time I have stopped at this location but tonight at 9:30pm was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I asked for two of their 12pc ghost pepper wings and the lady on the drive-through. But the audacity to tell me they can’t make them, because they only have 12 left. I understand it is about to close, but I'm a general manager myself and denying customers food is unacceptable. Her name was apparently “Cathy”,,,,,,, then when I got to the window, I denied everything in front of the manager. Samantha did a great job. She was willing to call her district manager for me, but at Popeyes, this was embarrassing. You have such an amazing food menu to have workers like Mrs Cathy working for you, denying food to customers and saying” okay whatever waits 15 mins”, EMBARRASSING to the fullest. I hope to get a call back from corporate. A one star is to much for this locations is a joke."

"The cashier wasn't very nice. She read me back the order but had missed an item. I waited til she was finished talking before I asked her to please make sure our drink was on there. She interrupted me, saying she had it. She didn't have it. I didn't get my drink but didn't want to ask for it due to the additive. Wish there was another location closer to home. 45-minute drive is crazy for chicken and mashed potatoes!"

"used to love eating Popeyes, but their food has really gone down hill, $9 for a 3 piece chicken tender that looks like this!!, biscuit tasted like it was "fried" in dirty oil! not baked in an oven, maybe the butter was sour! idk, but one of the worst meals I've had in a long time!"
