"Had to take the time to write about my experience with Koke's Napa store. It's Saturday evening, my wife and I are just driving past Bridgeport Nebraska for the first time. As I pull on to hwy 26, my 2008 one of a kind SRT8 Whipple supercharged Challenger snaps a serpentine belt. No spare belt, no tools with me, no tow trucks available. Limped the car back to the Koke Napa parking lot but, they're closed a kind man named Mark knows the owner, calls him and Gary (the owner) calls his employee Bob. Bob drives to the store, opens up for me! So this is a special belt, 117 inches long, well they have one!! He sold me the belt and the tool I needed to get us up and running, I can't express my gratitude in words for the kindness and integrity of Gary and Bob!! Thank you gentlemen, you guys are the BEST!"
