"I had a package that arrived at your facility. I had called because the package had my old address on file. I asked if it could be picked up instead. To hold it for me. Not only did that not happen but the lady that answered the phone was sooooooo rude . My mother even showed up there to pick it up from the post station. She chewed her out and said "I already told him" that they were gonna send it out to my new addres...... it got sent back to the sender ! Why wouldn't she just let me have my God damn package ! ?"

"Just turned in our passport renewals at Cedar Crest. The two women working this morning could not have been kinder or more professional (or cooler), even when I sort of freaked out that they needed to take a new photo. Both my kids did their passports @ CC too. It's worth the drive from ABQ!"
