"On 11/13/2023, I went through the scales and wasn't pulled up far enough(my mistake), but that was not an excuse to be yelled at. Instead of the lady coming out and asking me to move up, she proceeded to wave a flash light around and yelling. I guess the guy next to her thought it was funny. She then proceeded to slam the sign on the window for me to park and come in. I have my IRP tags and was way under the weight limit. I didn't need a permit. At least the lady at the window was pleasant. I think it was her way to continue her attitude with me. Not pulling up on the scale far enough is no excuse to be disrespected and made to feel stupid. There was no reason for her behavior."

"Officer was wrong about leak. Shops are apparently scared, guy that came out and said it was wrong then said he would leave if I fought the violation. Real sad, everyone there was very nice tho."

"They were Awesome The Young Lady Who I Talked with,Was a Credit to New Mexico My Company had not updated my Permit status on My Truck in New Mexico,& I had to purchase a trip permit to drive my semi are the roads in New Mexico It was a pleasurable experience because of the young lady at the permit window God bless her"
