"After living in our home for 33 years in Albuquerque we chose North American Van Lines to move us to our new house in Denver. Kurt Van Sant seemed so experienced and confident and he was almost spot on with the weight estimate. The packers Epi & Esther were amazing! They are not spring chickens but boy do they have experience and do they work fast! We had weeded through a lot of our things but still needed the entire kitchen packed and all the breakables in the house including pictures, art, TV’s and 3 sets of dishes including my mom’s fine china. Everything was packed so carefully, quickly, and all arrived intact! Our movers James and Brandon were amazing, strong, caring, careful, efficient, and trustworthy. They loaded everything in a day and a few hours. On the second day we met them along with another driver Maurice, in Denver, and everything was unloaded that day. So professional, polite, experienced, and nice! Nothing was broken, dinged, missing, smashed or scratched and that’s a lot to say for 33 years of living with 3 kids, dogs, and a 4 bedroom household full of everything! Moving is such a stressful experience and the whole North American team from Albuquerque made it as good as it could be. The movers have such a hard job but they know what they are doing and we certainly could tell that their experience was worth their weight in gold! Thank you James, Brandon, Epi, Esther, and Kurt! You all should be so proud of the work you do. We will always remember your professionalism, confidence, care and thoughtfulness during our move!"

"Very poor experience. They didn't wear masks, were late by 24 hours, broke a bunch of our furniture and contents in our boxes. I would never work with this organization again. Save yourself the money, rent a truck and hire people to help you move. This place is a racket."
