"Nathaniel Ortiz is VERY rude. I was kindly trying to figure out why my packages weren't being delivered to my house and he got VERY RUDE! He told me he would just send my packages back without even giving me a chance to pick them up because he was upset. I have about 4 packages that will be coming in and getting sent back, thanks to Mr. Ortiz!"

"So tired of not getting packages delivered. Extremely frustrated that I have to go down to post office to pick up packaged and either told they don't have them or I am not given everything, so have to make a second trip and sometimes third trip! Calling and speaking to someone doesn't matter. The packages will come for awhile and then go back to not receiving. Get it together!"

"The employees are nice but the delivery service is terrible. I work so I have two hours on Saturday to pick up my packages. They hardly ever put them in the parcel boxes by my mailbox. So inconvenient."

"Constantly losing the mail. Had one instance when they were training a new carrier and ended up losing my package because she couldn’t find her way around. DO NOT have any time sensitive materials delivered to you using usps in Bloomfield. Chances are you will not get it. Informed delivery says I have two very important letters supposed to come today but nothing. Go to the office and ask and only thing we get told is the carrier for our place has already been done and moved to her next area."

"I have had an awful experience in this this place. The employee, the fat guy who is always grumpy by the name of (Nathaniel) treated us poorly. He was very rude and very unprofessional when we went here the other day. He yelled at us asked us to leave when we said we haven't' been helped yet. He has a terrible attitude/ demeanor, and the post office really need to to do something about it. Very bad customer service."
