"The staff is always helpful especially the young gentleman who works there. I’ve had one package lost and was unable to have it delivered or returned. They couldn’t help much. Yes, lines have been long since the effect of the pandemic, but overall it’s always been a good experience."

"Lazy and incompetent employees and rude unhelpful management is a recipe for the failure that is our United States Postal Service in Gallup, NM. Packages constantly go missing entering Gallup and frequently don't get delivered on time because of a drivers pure laziness pushing packages off on the next days driver. USPS is an absolute joke."

"The mailman left the back of everyone's mail box open so I'm standing here calling USPS but their automated machine does not connect to any store other than the national hotline. This is obsurd. 6/2/2020 145 pm mtn time whoever worked the redhills park area in Gallup NM."

"Worst post Office in the United States of America. Twice I’ve passed through near my daughters birthday. Twice I’ve sent cards with a gift card in it. Twice the gift card was removed but birthday card arrived in a taped shut envelope. First time I said it could of happened at any location it was sorted at or a connection point. Well after this last time. Last Saturday I sent it, I honestly believe there’s a thief in the Gallop New Mexico United States Post Office. It’s a very sad world we live in when a postal worker steals from a child’s package. Anyone’s package for that matter. I really hope karma catches this person quick, fast and in a hurry. If I’m ever in Gallup again I won’t use the post office. I’ll wait till I hit ABQ or stop in Winslow Arizona and use their post office. I truly hope this location closes before others are robbed."
