"Got what I needed. Had to wait for counter cat to price match AutoZone. As usual in Gallup, no one smiles or greets you. Not even a thank you. Got my stuff and left. I rarely go anywhere else for auto parts other than Carquest, but it was a Sunday and I couldn't wait. A "hey how you doing? " and " thanks for coming in bro!!" Goes a long way. 5 stars for just having the part. 1 star for being a typical Gallup retail store."

The other O'Riley's isn't run as professionally but if you're lucky you will get a decent employee and not a sneering, sassy one."
