"I wanted to write this review to sum up my experience with Discovery 1. I lived in a 4-plex apartment in Rio Rancho for 9 years, all of it under Discovery 1. What impressed me from the start was that they are a family company. Over the years I had the opportunity to have direct conversations with Theresa, Dwayne, Anthony, and later Mac. These became voices I trusted, people I knew I could count on if something happened with my apartment. As you can imagine living in an apartment for 9 years, every now and again something needed to be done. I would simply call the office and typically within that week someone was coming out to fix it. The workers they sent over were always trustworthy and did a great job. In the time I live there several upgrades were done and it was handled when I was at work so it didn’t put me out. I didn’t have to ever call and remind them to come fix an issue and they followed up with me to ensure it was working right. What I appreciated was that they found good neighbors to rent to. Only one time was there an issue that escalated with a neighbor and his girlfriend but again, faithfully Discovery 1 stepped in to quickly resolve the issue. I always felt safe. When the pandemic came, I was forced like many to work from home. Dwayne personally came and helped ensure the internet company was able to provide me the service I needed. He made sure the work got done by helping overcome some obstacles and because of that, I was able to work at home successfully. You always get met with his sense of humor and when the chips are down, he always stepped in to make sure I didn’t have to worry about my apartment. Theresa is one of the most competent people I’ve ever worked with. She knows the business, shoots straight with you, and always has a solution. She is also understanding and compassionate. I never felt uncomfortable bringing concerns to her. Now when you call Discovery 1 you get Mac who handles all of the responsibilities on the front end. She is perfect for her role, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and always comes armed with a willingness to get you what you need. I knew when I called that Mac would see the problem or questions through and she never let me down. Sadly, I had to leave behind this wonderful place to live because I moved to Texas but let me just say that if I moved back, I would be contacting them first. This company is world class and deserves the highest marks for caring about their tenants."

"I’ve worked with Dwayne at Discovery for about 5 years now. He helped me buy my current home, managed my rental property, and recently helped me sell my rental. I was always able to get a hold of someone promptly with any issue I had. If you want a company that is reliable and will get things done correctly and in a timely fashion, I would recommend Discovery 1 Realty. I have had a great experience working with everyone. They are all very helpful and knowledgeable about buying, selling, and managing properties."

"I have been renting from Discovery 1 for over a year now. They are very competent and responsive when dealing with questions or issues. I am glad they do 6 month home inspections to ensure there aren't any maintenance issues with the house and that the houses are being cared for in the proper manner. They worked with my crazy schedule to set up inspection times and paperwork signings that were convenient for me. The only issue I have had is timely responses to small maintenance issues reported through the online system. These are easily solved by an email follow up a few days later."

"I have been renting from Discovery 1 Reality for a little more then six months now and I can honestly say they are extremely friendly, professional, honest, compassionate and very easy to work with. Everyone in the company takes the time to know who you are and easy assist with anything you need. I have rented from other companies in the past and do not plan on leaving Discovery 1 unless I purchase a house. I would highly recommend Discovery 1 Reality to any friend or family member.
