"My family and I lived at this apartment complex for six years. During that time the ownership of the complex changed. Immediately following the ownership change our bills skyrocketed. Anything the new company could think of charging us for, they did. We were harassed by two separate neighbors. One insisted that we attacked her and caused her bodily harm… we did not. The other decided to scream profanities at my children in the mornings whenever we would walk to our car. Someone attempted to steal our car from our covered parking spot. So we felt forced to pay for a garage.. see attached pictures for damage to vehicle. The staff in the office are hit or miss. We had issues with Carmen and Victoria. Connie was lovely! We had a good maintenance guy the last year or so of our stay too. Three stars because we did receive a portion of our deposit back and because the complex itself is zoned for a fabulous elementary school."

"Lived here for over 2 years and have had a great experience the entire time. Office staff always personable and friendly. The maintenance crew is always prompt on tending to requests, especially if you do it correctly and make a claim off their tenant portal. They've had more issues with getting a hold of me so they could tend to my issue. Are usually prompt to just replace appliances versus tinking around in the apartment trying to fix it for evened time. Communication is great from emails sent to office staff needing assistance or clarity on something to they regularly send out mass emails to tenants addressing things going on in the community or upcoming changes. The tenants complaining in the other reviews, I can imagine, didn't know how to ask politely or treat others with respect I've also never had a bug issue. You literally see the pest control vehicles in the lot all the time. I guess if people are so finicky about living in a public complex they should work on being able to afford their own house!"

"The absolute worst place I've ever lived. Bug, ant and roach infested. Fire hazard with light switches not properly installed. You have to fix all your own issues because maintenance won't do anything but drive around in their golf cart. Landscaping is a joke. Pools are rarely operational and usually have mild in then. Office staff always in s bad mood like your interrupt8ng their day because they have to work. Drug dealers in every building Gotta watch out in bushes as you'll find homeless people sleeping in them. Horrible horrible horrible place"

"Completely unsafe place, the images shown can tell what kind of people the administration is allowing to get in the apartment complex. I was walking my dog and saw bullet holes on the windows of the clubhouse were a lot of family with children’s pass by."

"This place is the opposite of what they sell you. Poor customer service , a week can pass by and they don’t answer your emails. They will increase the fees without letting you know. Public areas like the “spa” aka dirty jacuzzi that never works and the grill for the community that never has gas. You pay for pest control and I’ve never seen a personnel applying the pesticide and we are full of spiders everywhere you walk by. Yo get a very ordinary 90’s apartment for a price of a 2023 luxury place. You pay for trash services and there could be days without picking up the trash. Community got unsafe because at one point because they don’t want to fix the front gates and coyotes started to get in. Whenever you’re looking for an apartment I highly don’t recommend this one."
