"Couldn’t ask for a better, more devoted, compassionate crew to take care of my angels! The updates, the pictures, the security, the dedication! They come ready and prepared to take on so many different lifestyles of these kids! I give it to each and everyone of you! I feel a sense of comfort and relief because I know each and every one of these teachers truly do care! Thank you guys for being the best!!!!! 5* is an understatement!"
"There are some AMAZING teachers at Shandiin. In the nursery and in Tod1. We will forever be thankful for them and how they cared for our kids. Most rooms are open and easily viewable once you walk in, which is nice. The scenery is always changing with new art work by the kids. There is generally a monthly newsletter that keeps parents up to date. The playground is shaded, small, but nice with a new slide structure. The hallways are big and makes it easy to lug around a car seat. Unfortunately, we started encountering a lot of issues in Tod2 (which we were warned about) and eventually had to pull our kids out of the center. Since all families have different expectations for their day cares, I wont share what those issues were. Just two things I want to bring awareness to: 1) Cell phone usage is a chronic problem among the staff. Despite signs posted around the center and constant emails to the director about it, it was never fixed (I even found a video of my baby on FB by one of the staff, which was not authorized by me); 2) Over communicate any allergies/medical conditions your child might have when they transition to avoid miscommunication/issues. The majority of the Shandiin staff are great and try very hard to care and teach the kids. With some better management, more communication to parents, and a little updating, it can be great."
"I love this place I have been sending my kids here since they were babies. I know they are safe and always being taken care of."
