"I use freight delivery. They don’t show when they say they will. I’ve been waiting 2 extra days for delivery. My employee stay extra hours for nothing. They won’t call to give updates. I call and they say it’s in route when it really is ant. Terrible company."

"Unfortunately our ordered item was delivered a day late after being given a delivery appointment upon calling and inquiring where the item is. The day of scheduled delivery we received a call 30 minutes after delivery window that the driver “didn’t make it over”. Representatives weren’t really helpful or interested in helping. I understand that things happen but after receiving notices through amazon that the item was out for delivery for three days, our patience was running out. We were told we would get a call 30 minutes before actual delivery and that didn’t happen either. It’s very frustrating seeing we had to be at home to sign for the package. The package itself was damaged pretty badly when it finally arrived aswell."
