I was regularly impressed by the friendliness and personal concern for all clients on the part of the ENTIRE staff working @ the Belen Paradigm center. "I have a lot of experience with rehab, not because of my age. The experience that I am referring to is the fact I have had multiple injuries and broken bones. I have had the opportunity to utilize this facility for the last two knee replacements. I have two separate problems that Paradigm went out of there spectrum to diagnose and make referrals to navigate me to better health and resolving my issues. Both incidents could of been detrimental to my health and quality of life. The experience that these people exhibited and knowledge of there experience is outstanding. "This is my second go around with PT here, and I hate to see the well-lit faces move, but they are all lovely and welcoming. Almost like a second home. Though, even with the smiley faces... They do get their job done. As someone with sciatic nerve problems, a weak core, and neck issues (which will probably send me back for a 3rd round because NMO is who recommended this place for somewhere that was close to home for back/sciatic... and neck is what is coming up for re-eval for referral) they get the job done! They push but they don't overwhelm push. I like it. If I have a bad day, they accommodate, but I for sure don't get to twiddle my thumbs. I love it here and would/will recommend this place for PT for anyone looking!"
