"New owners are rude and demand things from ppl that own ther house and won't even do it to there own they will not work with u at all l. If u fix 1 thing they will find something else they Raise rent without telling ppl and expect you to pay changed rent even if your under lease agreement I would not recommend!! Definitely not a place for kids if u have kids you are treated worse and will do anything to kick you out!!"
