"Do not rent a house with these people or you will be ripped off. I rented a house with this company and part of the reason why I rented this house was the verbal understanding that the owner was going to install a AC unit in the living room. This was do to the fact that the house needed the larger unit in the living room due to the fact that the small one room unit was undersized to cool the entire house. The house had only this small unit in the back plus one ceiling fan in the living room. Not sufficient for adequate house cooling. And to add to this problem I was never informed that the AC unit was on back order until I called about it after being sent a bill to pay. I know about BTUs and square feet for HVAC. It's what I do do for a living. Not only that but when I inquired about this bill they hung up on me. They said "nice try but you owe the money"."
