"I have recently called and left multiple voice mails, and cannot receive a response. I have the money to move in to a one bedroom they have available, but I can't reach anyone to apply for the rental, so I'm forced to go someplace else, not near as big and having to pay more. The location is prime for me, as I'm a WNMU student. It saddens me I can't get ahold of anyone as I really wanted the apt I was interested in."

"Management refused to spray for bugs. Very rude tried to make my mother with stage two kidney failure and health issues seem crazy when two doctors confirmed her situation. Not hard to spray a building which should be an obligation of property management. This lack of care for residency makes me ashamed of this small town low mentality and lack of professionalism within the business. Not to mention, residence steal packages from others which is just shameful. New management should be hired and property owners should do better in whom they hire to deal with such situations. Very unprofessional!!!"

"We have had the most amazing experience moving into the Silver Cliffs. We moved from out of state and initially I imagined the process would be tedious, however I couldn’t be more pleased when the process was extremely smooth and easy. Norma helped us from two states away, and she went above and beyond helping our family. We are so grateful! The apartment is absolutely beautiful and I strongly recommend the cliff apartments. We couldn’t be happier living here!"

"Well....notice NO RESPONSE from the management? And in almost 5 years, just 4 comments? I love the one posted right after my review. Can we say "posted by manager"? The manager is a nosy, bitter, & bigoted woman who involves herself in the private lives of the tenants when not wanted nor needed. She made cleaning out my late Aunt's apartment a nightmare. Just to get the key to the apartment, she called the police. This is after she called me and told me I'd be allowed to clean the apartment after traveling from Oregon to Silver City. Even the officer told her there was absolutely no reason to call the cops and she wasted his time. The manager is rude, bordering on evil. Uses the handicapped parking because she's lazy. She has no regard for the tenants that ARE handicapped and actually need them. Calling her unprofessional would be a compliment. She made my late Aunt's life miserable and helped her into an early grave. We are also sure she rifled through my Aunt's apartment before we arrived. We believe her appalling bad attitude was because we showed up a day early: she wasn't done going through my Aunt's apartment. The complete lack of any response from the property owners, who employ that horrible woman is a glaring example of how they treat their tenants."
