"Taxi service is dishonest. I called to schedule pickup to the airport. When the taxi did not show up at the appointed time, I called to see if he was on his way, only to get a message saying the person cannot take any calls. He never showed up. Only believe in reviewers who gave one star, which is still too generous. I would give no stars."

"Came in handy!! It was hard to get ride share (Uber/Lyft) where we visited -didn’t have to leave the resort as much, so wasn’t a big deal. However, didn’t want to risk trying to get a Lyft/uber to the airport for an early morning flight. So happy a driver from this company business card was in our hotel lobby. Nice, clean ride. Very professional service."

"This is an unlicensed and illegitimate jitney cab operation that was sadly the only "taxi" option available on a sleepy Friday night at the airport. Initially, the ride was fine. The driver was pleasant and offered me a bottle of chilled water (with a Sandia Casino label, but with the "NOT FOR RESALE" part scratched off) but it soon became obvious that he had no grasp of basic directions. He missed the 2nd. St. (left) exit off Paseo del Norte, forcing a detour back on Coors and Alameda. Additionally, as the ride progressed the driver swerved and stopped dangerously in traffic several times. Honestly, I started fearing for my life. Upon finally reaching my destination, the driver demanded $3 per mile for the roughly 17 mile trip. Note that there was NO METER in the cab, and the signage that allegedly reveals this rate is on the LEFT SIDE of the vehicle and not readily visible to passengers. Given that, and all the "excitement" of the trip, I handed the driver $25 cash and told him to be happy with that. Again, this is NOT a legitimate taxi service. Do yourself a favor and wait for the licensed Albuquerque cab operators to arrive or, better still, just get an Uber."
