"I purchased a Christmas boutique for my family to enjoy during the holidays. Paid extra for the large version and when they sent me a picture of the boutique i was in shock. The boutique had ssooo many bald spots, the majority of the flowers used where cheap carnations and the colors where definitely NOT Christmas looking! Big ugly lime green balls next to yellow and pink flowers and lots of greenery with just a few red roses on ONE side. The flowers where NOT mixed in evenly, they where lopsided looking.. AND it was very small. I paid for the $100 boutique and it looked like it cost $40-$50 at the extreme most. It looked stupid as a centerpiece on the table . The mac and cheese dish was bigger. Extremely embarrassed & disappointed."

The bouquet was absolutely perfect and made on the spot with lots of care. It actually lasted over two weeks and all the blooms opened and were just what we had hoped for! "I went on Valentine's Day, and I get that it's last minute, but you'd think they would be selling flowers so fast that they wouldn't be selling you old wilting flowers. Yesterday when I got them I noticed that the white roses had black marks at the edges and the roses were fully bloomed, but I didn't expect that my $184 investment was only going to last 1 day! Also I got a bear that had some dirt marks on the back but they didn't even offer to discount it. Mind you the small bear was 20 something dollars when you get a giant one for that price at cvs, discovered when I was going somewhere to get a card because they didn't have any cards besides those micro ones. Ultimately I don't mind spending even over $200 on flowers but I expect quality ."
