"After switching from one agent to another in hopes of actually getting the service you literally pay for on a monthly basis - I at first thought things were going well.... Until I realized that my accounts (even after specifically labeling them and telling her which account paid which policy on a literal monthly basis) things were STILL messed up. Not to mention I was constantly charged for each months premiums not once a month but twice a month and then told I still had to pay it - even though I was already paying double than what my policy term required. Not to mention - after all the proofs I sent in that were requested - I'm still baffled that I practically got robbed on a monthly basis for hypothetical "Help" for just in case something "bad happens". Wanna know the funny party? After refusing to provide this location with a single penny more (I figured you're charging me double my premium, you should have no problem paying the following months premiums) but no. Instead I got charged late fee after late fee after late fee. Then my policy was concealed, and it doesn't end there for anyone still reading this post! Not only did I have my account closed but I also was told I owed over $150 more for the months I was provided "coverage". No I didn't because my policy ended the moment I quit paying and that's what she even told me. I still have all our email correspondence, as she never texted back nor answered the phone. Convenient right. So after getting hit with the final bill and saying no - I was threatened it would go to collections. So I paid it - the full "amount owed". only to STILL. Be sent to collections and being told I still owed $50. Not only is this agent a scammer, she's a theif, a con artist, all of the above. If you don't believe me simply ask me and I can show you all the receipts/proof."

"I started with Bernadette a year ago. Recently I transferred everything over to her office as she is responsive with emails, phone calls and follow up. I only visited the office once, it was nice and the receptionist was welcoming as well. Its convenient for me to have all my policies in one place. Being just down the street from me makes her office convenient if I ever do need to visit."

"I would not deal with the office. The 1st time got insurance, had to wait over 45 minutes before the receptionist to get back from lunch when time posted that she should have already back. Not only that I had scheduled time. I can't get a hold of anyone as to why there have been rate increases. Well I buy a new car. Can't change my policy over the phone because papers need to be signed. So go to the office near 1:58 p.m. no one is in the office when they are supposed to be there at 2 p.m. That day I got insurance somewhere else for better coverage and a lot less money. Also I have been calling during Office hours and no answer. Save time and money and go somewhere else."
