"Overheard a conversation between a customer and an employee before even walking into the store. Apparently a customer wanted to return some hair clippers after finding a better price elsewhere. Didn't hear the amount but apparently it was substantial. From what I heard, the client mentioned the clippers were unopened/unused w receipt and were just purchased a few hours ago, but decided to return here since the Sally's she originally purchased them at was already closed. Employee sounded unprofessional the whole time, even defensive about it all. I decided to Google the policy online and lo-and behold, policy stated clippers are returnable if unopened. Employee even threatened to call police simply because the customer was advising the policy on receipt/online stated it was returnable. Just from that convo, I decided to go elsewhere. If the store is allowed to forego written corporate policy and implement their own as well as hire employees like this, I rather take my business elsewhere. Awful store."

"Warning: Sales Employee will call the cops on you if you question her about store policy Bought some clippers at a Sally's store that closed earlier than others. During dinner, I happened to Google those clippers to discover Sally's was selling them $65 over market price. After I realized that the product was $65 Dollars cheaper elsewhere and decided to return into. Since the original store where I purchased the clippers was closed, I decided to go to another store 3 miles away. Keep in mind this was all within a 2hr time frame. (Purchasing the clippers, going to dinner and attempting to return clippers.) After entering the store, the sales associate, Bia or Beeah, looked at was in my hand and said she could not take it back because they are clippers. The receipt and website states they are refundable when unopened and with original receipt, both of which were the case. She did not care about what the website stated and said her manager will tell me the same thing, and since they printed a small piece of paper and placed it on the clippers isle, it overwrote the policy stated on the company website. She then threatened to call police and had her coworker phone the police because we were proving her wrong and advised she was lying about the return policy, to which appeared to have irritated her and escalated the whole situation to involving police. This is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. The employee was combative and defensive from the moment I walked in, and even though she claimed Sally's policy on clippers was to not return them irregardless off what the website stated, she ultimately advised to return clippers to original store so they would assist. This is a waste of time and am atrocious experience for a customer. I will be sure to never return to a Sally's and advise anyone I know to do the same."

"I love this location! Everyone is super sweet and helpful. The girl with the beanie and long black hair though, shes horrible at her job. She never asked if i needed help, and every time i looked over for help she was on her phone. Everyone else is great and super attentive, but it felt like she didn't care that I was there at all. Wouldve been 5 stars otherwise :/"

"Love having my pedicure done at this location! Great selection of colors and the staff is very welcoming. No hard sales pitch to upsell you which is nice. Massage chairs are very relaxing too."

"DO NOT BUY THIS. This stuff is an absolute nightmare, I followed the directions to a t and decided to wax my eye brows...huge mistake. The wax has so much gunk and oil that it doesn't harden properly. It stays a gummy consistency and literally sticks to everything but doesn't harden so when you go to pull it off you can only get small chunks with barely any hair coming off. I spent 12 minutes picking it off with tweezers. Sallys and their products have gone WAY down hill since the pandemic started."
