"I haven't had my hair highlighted in over a year and went in for a full complete lightening. That said, I should have gotten a consultation first, so that my stylist would have had enough time to do the whole thing, bad on my part. America was able to accommodate me with a partial lift for the time she had allotted for my appt. She worked with me to understand the color I am working towards. I absolutely LOVE how the color came out. I am coming back in six weeks to get the full lift. Thank you, America, for my beautiful hair. This is the only reason I'm not happy to be transplanting out of state. I finally found a new stylist that got my hair right!"

"I called for an appointment to get an A-line haircut and said I wanted to be with someone who could do that cut with texture. I was scheduled with somebody who I was told could do that. Well my hair was cut an inch and a half too short and my hair was not textured, It was layered even though I specifically told the stylist that’s what I wanted. The stylist clearly knew she had made a mistake and cut my hair way too short because she acknowledged it and she offered not to charge me. I did pay a small portion because I felt bad walking out of there not paying. I’m disappointed that #1 one the stylist said she could do some thing she was not able to do #2 the manager/owner I’m not sure which one it was that was notified, but never even gave me a call to apologize for the situation. If my hair was long and cut a bit shorter than it should have been it might have been different however it was about 6 inches that was cut off and an inch and a half shorter than it should have been. Unfortunately I will not be going back."

"Mia is FANTASTIC. I’ve had a run of really bad haircuts recently from other salons and she completely made me feel at ease first time seeing her. She cut my hair perfectly and exactly the way I wanted and talked me through the steps the whole time to make sure I was comfortable and getting the cut I wanted. She is effortless in her skill and a delight to chat with. 10/10 will be trusting her with my locks from now on."

"I came early and asked for a haircut before balayage, she agreed to cut it but then forgot to and I was charged $20 for extra color I wouldn’t have needed if it was cut. The gradient is very good as it begins near the top but only one little section got to be blonde at the bottom, so it is uneven with everywhere else, many parts are even brown again at the bottom! For the $220 price I don’t think I will do this again here, I have had similar results with kits from Walgreens and they are so much cheaper. It looks nice but not what I was hoping for, especially for the price."

Everyone of the services they provide, they do a fantastic job at executing what you want! If your not pleased they will do everything in their power to make you happy with the results!
