"On February 2 I had an appointment with Ashlee for a facial and eye treatment. Due to a personal issue Ashlee was unable to keep this appointment, but she quickly and professionally handled the situation and reschedule with another esthetician, Cherrisse. Let me first say the facial and eye treatment were lovely and due the last minute change the eye treatment was complimentary. Unfortunately, the ambient music level was so loud, not only could I barely hear anything Charisse said, but I left with a headache. Not exactly the treat I had hoped for and I’m not certain I will return. Such a shame since the space, service and personnel are so nice and the cost is quite reasonable."

"Changed to 1 star for your nasty, unprofessional response. As a small business owner you could do better than demanding only positive reviews. I gave an honest review, like it or not. That's false advertisement if you don't give the client what they paid for. I went here last week. It was a very awkward greeting . Ashley was sitting on a couch on her phone. She took me back to the room and gives me a robe with a big hood on it to get a facial. Kind of weird to get a facial with this big hood on that serves no purpose. The facial was fine but I paid $125 and it said it included a hand and arm massage which I didn't get. It was suppose to be 90 minutes but I was done with in an hour. I would expect a facial to have a massage of the neck or shoulders. And the foot treatment was some booties that you can buy at walmart for a few dollar's vs $35 more. I wouldn't recommend, you can get more for less somewhere else."
