She even pulled a dress off a mannequin for my friend to try on. With her help we found our correct sizes and dresses for our friend's wedding. Thank you Katy! We appreciate your help so much. "From start to finish of my bridal appointment and the appointment for my bridesmaids and mom was great and I really enjoyed my experience. My appointment was first thing in the morning so I had the entire store to myself for almost the full time allotted to find my dress. I was assigned Jen as my consultant and I absolutely loved working with her. She explained how an appointment normally goes, gave clear instructions for finding some dresses to try on, and went to make sure my room was ready for me while I looked. I ended up trying on 4 dresses in total with the first 3 being different silhouettes. Jen helped clip the dresses to try and simulate would they would look like in the correct sizing. As soon as I walked in front of the mirror and she fluffed the 4th dress I tried on, I knew it was the one. She made sure to have tissues for us all and was just as excited as we were that I found my dress. Jen was able to answer any questions I had and made the whole experience amazing and also checked for any sales or discounts that could be applied to my purchase. We were assigned to Anna for our bridesmaids and my mom’s dresses. The girls were told to find any dress styles and fabrics they like in their sizes to try on but to not pay attention to the color as any dress can be ordered in the wedding colors. After trying on a variety of dresses, Anna helped get us all set up at the cash register to check out. It was super busy during the second appointment but exciting to see everyone trying on dresses and hearing the bells ring every time someone said yes to their dress. I highly recommend buying your dresses from here!"
