"Huge selection of dresses but DONT DO ALTERATIONS WITH THEM!!!! We purchased a dress and needed alterations. Came back a week later and dress was altered where we never asked for it to be altered. We asked them to take it out at the hips.... drove back for the second time( from Colorado)and they took it out at the waist charged me alterations x2. So landed up having to take it somewhere else to get the job done properly. Horrible horrible horrible"

"The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They do not give their full attention on you as the customer, they try to talk and help every one at once and confuse them self's on what they where doing. The owner only keeps track of orders in a journal note book only and often gets confused and make major errors when documenting. (Dates - sizes - Payment ) They did this to me on the 15 dress orders I had ordered and quoted us a price lower, when asked if correct she stated yes. Thank goodness I had taken a picture of the dress we ordered and the tag which had the price. They had to reorder the correct dress and then still charge $18.00 more as she states the price was listed incorrectly. Never would I get a call the orders was in, when following up on orders there was always excuses, and then the owner happen to be out of town when I would request to talk to her every time after that. The bears we ordered was not done correctly, had tons of hot glue gun and was a giant mess. Never was there an apology for the rude behavior and talking about us and other customers amongst each other. Please BE CAUTIOUS I would NOT recommend this store."

"Amazing experience, they are very sweet and patient. I lost my card outside of the facility and they kept it for me and waited for me to get it. I also adored their dresses!"

"I had a very bad experience. I ordered a dress and she measured me and the dress was tooooo small. She got mad at me when I asked her if she had a bigger one. Then she took the dress somewhere to get fixed and she wanted me to go pick it up (to the place she took it). She did the same thing to almost all the girls at the same Quinceanera. I was very disappointed, I'm not coming back there."
