"Do not order these shoes online...if you need customer service they only have a chat room and it takes over 45 minutes to get any help, and then they are of no help at all. the shoes themselves are ok, it's the inefficient way they do business that takes a bite out of you. who has time for that? Update: had to return the shoes I ordered online and the woman working the register tried to convince me that I could only get a store credit when the receipt clearly states "We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items that are returned in sellable condition, with original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of purchase." She finally did the refund, but that's 2 strikes now so I think my ALDO days are over."

"Very stylish shoe store! Favorite place for adulting shoes in the mall. Their sales are very work the drop in visit too! Hope for your size because once they are gone, they're gone! The helpful staff even assisted me place an online order in the store so that the size I wanted would be delivered to my apartment and I still got the sale price discount!"
