"First off, I’d like to say I think the store is great and if you are just needing to rent something, they’re excellent at that. Definitely recommend them for that. Great selection! My main reason for not giving a 5 star review is that I wanted a specific tuxedo coat and the gentleman told me he’d get back to me once he heard from his supplier. Never happened!!! No phone call back ever. I go back in a few times more to see what can be worked out with a rental credit towards a purchase and Mr Tux, which they promised me and then recanted. That surprised me and made me feel uncomfortable. That experience left me with mix emotions. I really would have preferred to to have supported a local business than get it online."
