"Went into the store and the employee was not helpful. Ended up ordering online and paid extra for rush shipping. The vest and pants for my suit arrived a day early in jacked up packaging but were okay. I had to call to see about the suit jacket that didn’t arrive and the store it was supposed to ship from didn’t have it but did not cancel the order or send to another store. The guy on the phone was helpful and got it coming from another store and refunded my shipping. However after trying on the suit and vest yesterday and cutting the tags off I received an email that they canceled my suit jacket. So now I am stuck with only part of my 3 piece suit."

"Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. However, my vest was ordered way too small and didn't match the size of my coat. Something that was clearly not my fault. The manager on duty implied, perhaps jokingly, that I had gained weight since being sized. I did not appreciate this comment whatsoever. The error was clearly made by the employee who made the initial order, and while I understand it can be frustrating to a manager, I, as a customer, should have never felt even the slightest inkling of discomfort or that I had made a mistake. Please use discretion in handling your anger in front of customers."

Mark Dennis, the store manager personally attended to me and went out of his way to find me what I needed. An excellent, soft spoken gentleman. Thank you so much you Mark. I will be back."
