"How this "Doctor" even has a singular 5 star rating is beyond me. My mother who has several terminal illnesses including COPD and congestive heart failure has been around and around in the circus of incompetence that is Monument Health. For years she has suffered from one money hungry make believe doctor to the next until finally, her lung doctor of all people referred her to "Doctor" Andrea Baier. Originally, this appointment was supposed to be face to face. But suddenly, Andrea changed it to a phone appointment out of the blue. A phone appointment mind you, that she was late for. Once she managed to get her on the phone, Andrea was rude, cold, and unwilling to hear anything my mother had to say. She even attempted to tell her that her conditions "should" have no pain at all. But she is wrong. A quick look into any medical ANYTHING will show you that Andrea is beyond wrong. Andrea does not have to watch her deteriorate day in and day out. Andrea doesn't have to watch her cry herself to sleep at night because every fraudulent doctor in this town would rather use the sick and helpless as Guinea pigs to experiment on with whatever garbage of the year methods the pharmaceutical companies are throwing them a cut to push out, instead of actually helping those that need it such as individuals like my mother that are dying from illnesses that CANNOT be cured. Andrea was hearing none of it. She didn't want to deal with this and she made that very clear from the jump. Andrea attempted to lie and manipulate my mother on what the laws were in regards to how treatment should be handled in situations like this, MORE than once. She even had the audacity to tell my mother that they went six minutes beyond the phone appointments allotted time, those minutes that SHE was late for. I don't expect a response from Andrea, and if there is one, it will be just more regurgitated lies that I'm sure she loses not one minute of sleep over. If you find yourself on Andrea's doorstep and your impending doom is not related to cancer, God help you because Doctor Andrea Baier surely won't."
