"Looked at my scans but didn’t read anything about my history. Asked about my symptoms and then said if those symptoms ever happened to call them again. Implied my current pain management care (which is not being managed by that doctor) was unnecessary and a “quick fix”. Never been more insulted by a visit in managing my pain in the last 14 years as I was in this one."

"I would agree with lani , i had my MRI on Monday, and had an appointment on Wed, got a call from the nurse saying pa said there was nothing they could do for me, and she had her childs Christmas program, but mind you I'm in a lot of pain , so I was like I want to still see her , and I've been seeing a pain med specialist for over a year also, I felt very put in a corner on this , and will never recommend anyone here again, I ended up going for a second opinion and I have a bone compressing in my spinal cord and 2 injured nerves , and they will be setting my up for surgery. I didn't mind her child had a Christmas program, but it WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON HOW IT WAS HANDLED , WONT BE BACK EVER AGAIN , HORRIBLE,"

"I wouldn’t ever send anyone here! I was referred and pretty much told my weight had something to do with my back issues! I am so glad I went and got a second opinion, because my situation is much worse and Rapid City medical actually took the time and found it. I never once saw a doctor when I went in for my appointment here, and the MRI wasn’t even read to me, a nurse called and said well they didn’t see anything so do you want me to cancel your next appointment. Which I did and I was so discouraged that when I hung up the phone I cried, so biggest take away don’t take what this place says, they don’t go above or beyond, if it’s not easily seen they will send you out the door! If I could leave no stars I would."
