"IT'S DESTROYED NOW LIKE BROKEN IN DOOR IN THE BACK BOARDED UP FRONT WHAT THE HECK WHEN DID IT CLOSE?!"
"I went there because online at stated that it was a 24-hour adult store. Got to the location after passing it because I did not see it due to the fact that it was boarded up and shut down. Online it states that it was open and that certain things may affect the hours but it was open and it was a 24-hour store. Highly disappointed"
"Went today & the store looks permanently closed. No mention of moving or closing on Google Maps at all"
"UPDATE: 5/30/23 - Visited twice over last two days while I was in ABQ. Unfortunately, despite it being the eve before Gay Pride begins, the arcade had only 2 working channels with gay content (occasionally, a third channel would come and go). Guys...come on. The arcade was just refurbished a few weeks ago. How can your content for your queer customers already seem to be an afterthought? Really, you ought to have some kind of Pride-related promotion. Half off entry fee to those sporting rainbow wearables? Or maybe just give us some videos that we want to watch? I'm decrementing you 1 star, but hopefully (like a few gay channels in the arcade) it will return next timer I visit and learn that these issues are resolved. UPDATE: 5/2/23 ~5am. Suddenly (politely) told to vacate arcade & store 'about an hout' for cleaning and that I'd be readmitted afterwards. Writing update in parking lot. Multiple cars rolling in, so far none rolling back out. Will update re readmittance shortly. UPDATE: Reopened @ 6:06am and readmitted me as promised. No complaints. OK. So a new arcade has been built and along w/ the entire store (per the night manager) is once again open 24x7. I checked out the new arcade. Same footprint but new monitors w/ tethered remotes, almost like a hospital bed controller. New partitions surround weirdly narrow stand-up gally-esque watch rooms. When I was there I heard one employee training another the entire time like they were in the next booth. So not a lot of sound dampening. Also, I was charged $20 to enter the arcade. But after a shift change, I clearly heard a clerk tell a custom that arcade entry was $15. I walked back to the register and asked about the discrepancy. To their credit, they didn't argue or make excuses. They immediately opened the register and gave me $5, and a sincere apology (and a promise to address the 'training issue'). That was a huge pleasant surprise. Top tier customer service that earned them at least a few more return visits."
"I stopped by because I was in need of some good quality lingerie outfits and this is the place to go! The cashier Betty was super attentive and was able to guide me and helped me get what I needed. She has great hospitality skills and a wonderful personality. I will definitely be stopping by more!"
