"Cold and rude. Belittled me for asking questions, talking too much or too fast, and for not knowing that an LPC-MH cannot sign the documents I was seeking a psychologist for... She CAN'T BY THE WAY. Made me feel bad & lazy for being disabled. Would not recommend unless you have thick skin and like people talking to you like you're stupid. Was unable to help so he passed the buck... to the lady I told him Didn't have the credentials to fill out pertinent forms!"
"I've searched the rapid City area far and wide. And I'd say doc William Moss is the best around. He treats you like a person and not a job or a burden. He's a nice guy. Great doc. He truly wants to help people. He will ask the tough questions and he'll challenge you to be better, while also showing you that he cares."
"Dr. Moss is an incredible man. I have seen him 5 1/2 years. He listens he's attentive and he remembers everything. He doesn't talk at you but to you. Some people have different opinions on his tactics. I am about is bashful as you can get. Some of the things that I heard did hurt. But he was right. He sticks with you and make sure you're all right. I would recommend him to anyone that has problems with PTSD, depression or marital problems. Life is tough. Sometimes we need a little push. But it's when you're ready to. He is very patient. And I don't trust anyone else but him. And I have learned to Value what he says. We have different opinions on certain things but it is not an argument or a problem. That's progress! I have made progress thanks to him. I can't thank him enough! Thank you, Dr Moss. -K. Carter"
"Talked to Dr Moss prior to appointment as we were needing a cognitive impairment evaluation for my mother requested by her insurace company in order to cover her assited living arrangement. Her appointment was scheduled for a Wed, he assured me he could complete the report and have it ready by the following Monday. I attended the appoinment with my mother and upon its conclusion I asked Dr. Moss if we could pick the report up Monday. He stated that it was not possible and also that he would not have told me that!! Her appointment was on the 21rst of February, the report was not completed until March 22nd. I had called several other doctors trying to get an appointment time...he was the only one who had time without waiting a month or more...makes sense now. I saw another bad review for him that is gone now. I'm sure he will request this one be deleted as well. I'm sure he will read it and thats enough...you really let us down..flat out lied."
