I live in Rapid City, driving across the state for mental health treatment; no matter how severe, is not a viable solution for someone in my situation. This woman is in the wrong profession, she is seriously lacking in bedside manner and has no consideration at all for the people she’s supposed to be helping. I will never be a patient there."

Let me know the doctor was out and no one thought they needed to give me a courtesy call. Then said i was showing in on a Monday in a different month. I said no i told her today and she said to come in at 245 for my 3pm appointment. Had no sympathy or cares that they messed up. They will not be getting my business."
