"I haven't rated other Best Buy stores we have visited, but I have gone to BB in many states. I once loved Best Buy, but they are headed down the same road as Fry's Electronics. Inventory dwindles, employees apathetic and stand talking to each other instead of engaging with customers. In one store in the LA / West Covina area, one of the MICROSOFT representative answered our questions about a LENOVO tablet because he felt badly that our attempts to get help from 3 employees failed. This store - a couple employees checked in but walked off when they couldn't answer a question, and they rejoined the group conversation."
