"The chocolate is pretty good it's just the service every time I go there. Either it takes so long to check out or I can't even go there to ship because they lock the doors and just stare at you 30 minutes before it's stated to close. Once or twice is acceptable for poor service but it's every time I've gone. I want to support small local shops but they make it difficult."
