"I love this bagel shop and I visit there regularly. However, I received a gift of some gift cards and I cannot figure out how to get them into my rewards account. I have written twice to Einstein's on their contact page, but it is like throwing a rock off a cliff - nothing ever comes back. I want to use these cards but I want to order in the app and I cannot do both. So DON'T GIVE ANYONE EINSTEIN GIFT CARDS. GIVE THEM CASH INSTEAD."

"This was certainly a new one. I come here often and usually get good service but this one here is inexcusable. I used the einstein app to order ahead and get two plain bagles with creme cheese and instead i was given two (unwrapped) warm bagels with NOTHING on them. Luckily i have creme cheese so i just settled for that, but this was a whole new level of carelessness that ive never gotten at an einsteins before. Like i said though, ive usually gotten nothing but great service beforehand so ill still give it 3 stars."
