"I can't rate Starbucks anything less than five stars. The corporation is one I stand behind, have worked for in the past, and know people working here now. They treat their employees well and their coffee is good notch. My favorite thing about Starbucks is that no matter which location you visit, you can expect the same quality service, product, and price. I've visited Starbucks around the world and it always makes me feel like I'm back home."

"Hit or miss here. Some of the staff is dirty. Looks like the rolled out of bed. Long wait for order. Alot of standing around and chitchatting. Zero sense of urgency! Sunday at 1130. Not very busy time & took 20min:("

"Edit to include my most recent visit a matcha tea, when you pay $6 for a drink and half of it is foam… that’s annoying!!!I ordered on the app and still had to wait 9 minutes longer then it expected on app when my drink came out I said it was supposed to have cold foam they said it did..and were like sorry. I left with it but not as excited as I was when I ordered it. does it look like it has cold foam to you?"

"Worst Starbucks service in town? First I have to say that this location may have been swamped by balloon fiesta extra business this morning, which has probably is been a hardship for the staff. But regardless, I ordered an oatmeal and a bag of coffee on the Starbucks app, then I had to make another stop on the way up so it took me a while… 25 minutes later I showed up and the bagged coffee was waiting on the shelf, but the oatmeal wasn’t made yet.I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make my breakfast. and they weren’t even busy! I don’t understand - what’s the purpose of ordering ahead on the app if they don’t actually make it until you arrive? PS: They do have a great patio! This is an older location and one of the only ones in town that still believes in south facing patios. Absolutely the best plan for our cold but sunny winter months!"
