"The food is good. The customer service is not so great. Every single time I come here I feel less than welcome. No one acknowledges me and I have to go out of my way to place my order. They ask for my phone number for rewards and never offer to start a rewards account for me. I think I asked one time about it and they told me that I need to go online myself and figure it out. I don’t think I will bother anymore. It’s too bad."

"I usually enjoy going here. In fact I get coffee almost every day here. If I do end up getting any food it's the Twice Baked Hasbrowns which are usually awesome. It's rare but sometimes i get them. Today there was a pretty long wait to get rung up and also waited over 10 minutes and to see that they hadn't even started the order yet. Then I was given one free "For the wait" but both of these were SUPER OLD, BURNT, DRY and just tasted AWFUL. Both of them were literally Burnt and stuck to the paper. I am super disappointed I wasted an entire break to get something to hold me over until I can go to lunch and that's what I get. Plus didnt eat them and couldn't even go back to tell them. I might just not even go back The manager (Mustache Guy) must not have checked the quality because it was terrible. Usually good stuff but that's like a slap in the face. For rrrrrrreal?! Hope this feedback helps."
