"The new lady today was super mean and tried to argue with me about my customized drink. I’m a regular customer here and I know she is new here. She doesn’t know how to make the drink I ordered. I order the flash of heavy cream and she make it like the whole cup of heavy cream, I added on Lavender cold foam and she told me because I came late (10mins) so the foam gone, the cup looks super clean on the top so it obviously has no foam at all. Too upset. Bad customer service I have had in here. Bad bad!"
