Pizza Hut

"Ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut in Bernalillo tonight. It was supposed to be a Hawaiian with the normal ingredients. It arrived with barely any meat, and the sauce was dried, and it looked like a pizza that had been sitting in a collage dorm for three days. It looked like a pineapple pizza. I called to discuss the pizza and spoke to the manager on duty. About the pizza, he explained to him the condition of the pizza, and he read back to me my order. I told him there was no bacon on the pizza he said there was, and I looked really hard to find it. He said that he is not a mind reader and that they can not read our minds when we order pizza. It was a nasty pizza that was thrown away, and we will never order or do business with pizza hut again."

"When I tried placing a order online. It wasn't working. So I called the local number. I got a answering service. This woman didn't speak clear English, so it was hard to understand. She took my order my debit card information. Then told me my order wasn't possible to fill. I said what? It took welk over 10 minutes to finally get what I wanted. Please fix online service this was a nightmare"

"Horrible experience. I ordered curb side because I had covid. I waited 30 minutes and they never bought my pizza out. So I had to go in and get it. I called and the worker said. I haven't had a minute to bring your food out. I told her I have covid so I can't go in. After another ten minutes I just went in and got it myself."

"Both pizza’s were burnt. All 3 orders of breadsticks were burnt. Ordered light sauce on both pizzas and there was so much sauce the cheese and toppings were coming off. Family wouldn’t eat either pizza or the 3 orders of breadsticks. Waste of money. Called the restaurant and the manager did issue a credit."

"I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, disgusting, unsanitary, and most of all, horrible customer service from a business before in my life. Today I ordered a pizza for delivery at 3:25pm. Delivery time was expected to be about 25-30 minutes. Perfect. Waited till about 4:10 pm to start wondering where my order was. I’m a very understanding person. I know that working in the food service is hard and there could be delays, so I waited patiently. It was about 4:27pm when I decided to look outside to see if the driver had been lost because I live in an apartment. When I got outside, I noticed my order on the ground. First, I was NOT notified that my order was delivered. No knock, no phone calls, no notification via Pizza Hut app, nothing. Then my order was just left on the floor covered in ants and other insects. At that point, I was very upset. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. His name was Enok. I don’t understand how someone can be given the title of manager if they aren’t willing to be sympathetic to their customers. There was no offer of a refund, no offer of remake, no apology. The only offer made was that he’d send a driver “with a trash bag to pick up the pizza covered in ants and dispose of it”. I asked for a corporate number but I was told “we don’t have a corporate number”. This is a very unprofessional way to treat your customers. Do better. This definitely was a disappointment."
