"Apparently the managers name is Sarah. I ordered on mobile for a grande white chocolate mocha. After waiting exactly 8 minutes past the estimated time, I decided to walk up to the register and ask if it was being made. I was the only person inside the store so I figured they forgot. She said it was only ordered 13 minutes ago after looking at the sticker on the cup. It actually was 19 minutes and not 13 minutes but she decided to give me an attitude smirking and saying " uh ok man whatever". She said she was the manager while rolling her eyes. So I just wanted to write a review and send a complaint to corporate as well for this type of customer service."

"I love Starbucks’ pink drinks and London fogs, but my visits to this particular location have been a bit frustrating. While I enjoy the drinks when they’re made correctly, it seems that getting the order right can be a challenge here. What’s even more unfortunate is the way the staff reacts when I ask for corrections. I believe in the importance of consistent service and friendly interactions, which unfortunately seem to be lacking at this branch. I hope the team can work on improving these aspects to create a better experience for all customers."

"2 stars because the drive thru people are nice but everytime I have tried their drinks because people convince me to give starbucks another try they taste like fish water or perhaps what I imagine drinking toilet water would taste like. My tongue is literally burning this was so gross."

"They served a drink that wasn’t even completely full and pretty melted. Worker obviously didn’t make enough and decided that it was fine instead of making some extra to fill up the cup. That’s lazy in my opinion and I paid 7$ for this drink that wasn’t even full. Very disappointed and likely won’t come back or recommend this Starbucks to others. It’s happened a few times before but never this bad and it’s my final straw. If you’re by another Starbucks it’s worth the few extra minutes to go there instead."
