"Placed an order online (they don't let you remove items from your bagels, or a place for a side note). Called in immediately upon replacing the order to have them take capers off of my bagels, and they say they can't change orders once they're processed online. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially with how awfully difficult it is to remove something like capers once they're put on. This is not something that changes the price, and saves the staff time when making the bagels, but the staff is extremely unwilling to accommodate requests that THEIR system doesn't let you make ahead of time. I would have no issue going in person, but they work so slow, you'd spend 30+min in the drive-thru or waiting inside anyway."
"They don't take cash. It's unfortunate this has come to be more common with businesses but it has. This is not a high crime area ,TAKE MY MONEY. Service was great and food is fresh, yummy and plenty hot."
"The staff at the Rio Rancho, NM location are inefficient and take far too long to make sandwiches. There are too many staff members standing around. Seems like a good time to train up on efficient practices to ensure customer satisfaction, otherwise, people will stop coming back, regardless how good the bagels are."
"If I could give ZERO stars I would. There’s always an issue with my orders here. Whenever I ask for cream cheese they barely put ANY on there and that’s just when they even remember to put it on. Today I ordered my bagel with cream cheese. They didn’t put any cream cheese and didn’t even bother to cut it in half. On top of that it’s ALL burnt. I had to try to scrap the seasoning off to eat it. It’s ridiculous."
"I come here on occasion. Usually good food. The case never seems very well stocked, maybe it is first thing in the morning, I’m usually there at lunch (but it should still be better filled) It’s always exceptionally warm inside, so I never eat in. I’m also not sure why the service always is so slow. Drive thru and walk in are both sooooo slow. This last time I was the only person in line inside, and there was a couple people in the drive thru. I ordered the Mac and cheese bagel, toasted, that’s it. I waited for FIFTEEN MINUTES. What’s up with that? When I order just a bagel I’m going to just start getting it untoasted and taking it with me and doing all the toasting myself, because that ridiculous. The people are nice though, I just don’t understand what the deal is there. I wish they’d get better organized and fix the temperature so it’s not sweltering and I could eat there sometimes. So the bagel itself is definitely a new go to bagel for me. I might just have to use it as the base to any sandwich I get there too. It could have been cheesier, but it was still very yummy. Even had decent cheese pull."
