"Just got home from picking up a drive-thru order. When I got home, one Cobb salad had 3 nuggets that were sliced to appear to be the eight nuggets. When I called, I was told to come back with the salad, and they would either replace or credit back. I told them I live 15 miles away. They said it was their policy because "people keep the wrong order and try to get free food." That came from the top manager, Christian. Apparentlyif I want to speak to someone higher, I need to speak with Bridget after 9am. I posted two pictures of the 2 salads I ordered to show the difference in nuggets"
