Pretzel Place

"I had the best service and pretzels today, what an amazing store. Very impressed with how friendly there staff was and my pretzel wad hot and delicious. Keep up the great work, I'll definitely be back!"

"It's not the taste that has me giving the review. I will not return because they openly make the the dough handle all the food, hotdogs sauce and clean without wearing gloves. I sat and observed this without seeing anyone wash their hands once! In addition I watched the young man who handled my food touch his face, jump up and slap the wall above the door, drop his hat onto the floor, ran both his hands through his hair placed his hat back on his head then walked to the counter pick up two of the pretzel dogs (prior to being cut)slapped them together and then laid them back onto the counter with the rest. All off this again was done without washing his hands."

"Unprepared crew today. Only had a couple things actually prepared (two pretzels, enough bites for maybe three orders). Asked for pretzel dog, was going to be 6-7 minutes. Went back three times and same story. Needed an adult there to get the crew working. The one pretzel we did get was pretty good tho."

"Excellent service and freshly made food! I bought a bottled iced tea with my pretzel and asked for some ice from the fountain machine. After hours of shopping, I hadn't yet finished my tea. When I came back through the cafe court, the store was busy so I was "sneaking" some more ice for my tea. I was worried that I might get caught but hoped I could explain my earlier permission. When I was noticed, instead of having to offer explanation, I was offered a cup to take some more ice with me! Excellent; thank you!!"

"I was in on Saturday Sept. 16, 2017 and had the best experience. Lady owner I'm guessing was amazing. Such a nice lady. Im a single mom of 3 and she truly made my day. After a long yr from divorce to a dying family member across the country. I was in town getting my car fixed so we can make the 20 hr drive for a funeral if we can. I ordered my kids something to eat and an icee each. She saw me take a sip of my child's icee and asked me what flavor I liked best. When I answered her she immediately fixed one for me and said "mom's deserve something special sometimes". One act of kindness really goes a long way. You honestly made my day! We will defiantly be back!!! Thank you."
