"The 4 stars are for the female desk clerk last night. 11/29/23. The heater sucks, and you could smell that cats have been in that room, I had an allergy attack at 3am swollen eyes and lips. The only thing I'm allergic to is cats. Also not one person was anywhere to be found at checkout, there was a sign saying be back in 15 mins. I waited 30. I'm traveling for work so I had no choice but to leave and NOT get my deposit back, what a clever way for your night clerk to pocket $40! As I said I travel for a living and I will never stay here or any Motel 6 ever again This ruined it fir me"

"Crappiest experience at a motel. Front desk unhelpful. Housekeeping took my towels and didn't leave any. Front desk says they can't help me with towels either. So would suggest bring your own towels."
